- My name is Ronald Anthony Scallan, I am 69 years old and retired on January 7, 2000 after 37 years of service with as an mechanical, civil and electrical senior draftsman. Lynn and I married on September 23, 1961 while I was in the U. S. Navy in Newport Rhode, Island. We were married 36 years, she was my high school sweetheart. Lynn died on November 7, 1997 after suffering for 16 years with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, I have since re-married.
